2005 -2006 NC TEST OF COMPUTER SKILLS
The NC Test of Computer Skills is a high school graduation requirement that can be fulfulled during middle school. The test is based on the skills learned through the Computer Skills curriculum. The curriculum is integrated into all fields of study beginning in elementary school and continuing through high school. All current 8th Grade students will be tested during the testing window that ends in January 2006.
A new online version of the test is being used this year. This gives students an opportunity to work on and off campus with the software to be used during testing. The state has provided a flash demonstration, a test simulation and sample files that can be downloaded. It is necessary to download the software to take advantage of these opportunities.
INSTALLATION OF NCDESK
